Problem ze strona we flashu a tekstem w xhtml

Witam, tak jak w temacie mam problem z pewnym szablonem we flashu. Cały tekst
na stronę pobierany jest z plików xhtml. Zmieniłem kodowanie na UTF-8 i nadal
Polskich znaków jak nie było tak nie ma :(

Proszę o pomoc.
