A room in a two-bedroom apartment located on Domaniewska Street (Mokotów) is available for rent from March 1st 2011.
The available room
The room for rent is around 20sq.m. It has a separate balcony facing open view on Mokotów. In the room there is a build wall wardrobe (very large one). Besides the wardrobe, there is another drawer and a bed. The room is spacious and luminous.
The apartment location
The apartment is very well located in the heart of Mokotow, 20 min away from the city center. It is close to metro (metro Wilanowska - 7min), tram (among other 18, 17, 10 - 10 min), buss (among other 174, 505, 136 - 4 min) stations. Next to the building there are Medicover and Gymnasion, as well as banks. Galeria Mokótów, with Careffour inside, are only 5 min away.
Price
The room for rent is the biggest room in the apartment and the monthly price for it is 1000 PLN. Besides the rent, energy is to be paid once in two months approx. 40PLN per person (but of course it depends on the consumption). Internet available costs 35 PLN a month. Thus, roughly the room with all included should cost about 1050 PLN a month.
