We are looking for a new flat mate in Warsaw. We would strongly
appreciate offers from foreigners, who speak English.
"We" means: two young working women and a small dog, which is totally
harmless and cute.
The flat contains: 3 rooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and a balcony.
The flat's standard has its best time far behind it and it hasn't been
refurbished for a long time, but we try to keep it clean and pleasant.
The vacant room is rather small (apr. 10 m2) and almost unfurnished,
but it leaves an opportunity to do with it whatever you like
. The
only furniture you can count on is a big wardrobe in the hall and a
small wardrobe in the room.
The huge convenience is that the flat is situated 3 minutes walking
from Ursynow Underground Station. There are shops, restaurants and
other services placed in the near neighbourhood.
The total monthly cost is apr. 620 zł and includes: rental fare (533
zł per room), current and water bills + internet (divided into 3). The
additional cost is a returnable recognizance: 500 zł.
We both are normal girls, who love laughing and talking, but we also
treat our home as a place to relax and rest after work, so we would
strongly appreciate people, who have parties outside the flat
.
We have no issues with smokers and visitors.
The room is free to move in from 1st July.
