It ain't over until it's over, a popular American saying goes. So perhaps there is still a 1 percent change for a Pole to become the secretary general of the North Atlantic Treaty Alliance. But I will be a disbeliever and will write a column even before the Nato summit about why a Pole will not become the alliance's head.
