To complain about school lunches, press 6
If you want to inflict an injury on a member of staff, press 7
To request a different teacher for your child for the third time this year,

To complain about the buses (or anything else not in the school's control),

If you want us to raise or adopt your child, press 0
If on the other hand you realise that this is the real world and that your
child must be responsible and accountable for his/her behaviour, class work,
homework and choice of vocabulary, and that teachers cannot produce results
