zbudowane za 1 MILIARD EURO czyli okolo 800 mil $ a nie jak wczesniej podawano
tylko 250 milionow dolarow. Hmmmm nie jestem pewny dlaczego az tak wielkie
roznice.
Rodamco Europe, Ing to acquire Warsaw retail, entertainment complex project
AMSTERDAM (AFX) - Rodamco Europe NV and ING Group NV''s ING Real Estate said
they have agreed to fully acquire Zlote Tarasy, a project for a retail and
entertainment complex in the centre of Warsaw, with each company taking 50 pct.
In a joint statement, the companies said Rodamco''s total investment in the
complex will be between 150-175 mln eur, and that construction is expected to
commence late this year, with completion scheduled for end-2004.
The complex will have a total area of approximately 205,000 square metres, and
will house shops, restaurants, a cinema and a hotel with 370 rooms.
Rodamco Europe''s Hans Pars, managing director for Central and Eastern Europe,
said: "This investment furthers our strategy for Central Europe of investing in
high-quality shopping centres in terms of Turnover and long-term growth
potential."
ING Real Estate chief executive Jan Doets said: "We will place this project in
the shortly-to-be-launched IKG Central Europe Fund, thus emphasising its long-
term quality."
Rodamco Europe NV said in a further press release that ING Real Estate will
develop the Zlote Tarasy project and invest approximately 1 bln eur and that
Rodamco Europe will pay the 150-175 mln eur on competion.
Net margin of the projet is expected to be between 8.5 and 9 pct, the company
added.
