      Hey!

I found these. Maybe they're a good place to start your researchsmile

I guess also th American Chamber of Commerce.

I'm sure all depends on what type of company it is you want to establish. This
is an interesting subject and one I have often discussed with my friendssmile It's
hard enough for Poles to start up a business here - let alone for foreigners!
It takes a great deal of preperation and most of all, patiencesmile)
It's a bit like playing chesssmile))

Don't worry. I'm Polish but try to help someone from Gabon who lives right now
            in Germany.

Until recently (1989) there were no muslims and there were problems.

Well, it all depends of course which sort of business you want to do, and be
aware that having a business won't automatically swing you a residence permit
if you wouldn't have had one without it.

The best way for a non-EU to run their business is to set up an Sp z o.o. or
      limited company.

I recommend you look at www.horwath.pl, who specialise in setting up
companies for foreigners and doing all the tax and bookkeeping for them.

Those guys are the best, by the way. They're not the cheapest, but they will
guide you every step of the way, and stop you making mistakes that cost you
more than you save on set-up with a cheap advisor.

      Hope this helps
