I want to post an ad on behalf of my friend, he has a one room app. to rent,

The appartment is lovely and very well connected, has internet access ecc.
I'd love to live there myself if I lived in Warsaw smile Contact me if

Tell us a bit about the size of the apartment in square metres, which floor it
is on, the precise layout of this 1 room and the state of refurbishment. Is it
furnished or unfurnished? Is there a fitted kitchen? Is there a bath or just a
shower? Which street is it on? From when is it available? Any minimum lease
term? What is the price expectation and what deposit will your friend want?

Which city do you live in, out of interest?

If you or your friend have any photos, I'd be happy to put them on my site for
      a while.

        Thanks for the quick responsesmile

So the app is in Gorny Mokotow, near Park Morskie Oko, it's 30 square, but
        being a pre-war building it's 330 cm high.
        - main road, but the windows are from the court-yard, so it's very quiet.
        - 1st floor (5 floor building)
        - completely new furniture (modern)
        - new kitchen (quite big with window and dining table)
        - new bathroom with tube, washing machine
        - wooden floor, everything only max one year old

        - available from now, the lease is 1200 plus bills (gas and electricity), one
        months deposit
        - minimum lease term 6 months

I don't have any pictures now, but I can ask my friend and let you know then.

I'm currently in Warsaw trying to get a job, but soon I have to leave for Rome
        where I'm actually working.

          1200 PLN?

I don't think you're going to get that, not unless we are talking about real
luxury. I think you are looking more in the region of 800 PLN. I rented last
year 100 meters of very good furnished space just as central as that, if not
slightly more central (Powisle) at 750 USD. That would be just under 25 PLN per
          meter per month.

And such offers are still not hard to come by.

Still, you can always try for it. Like I say, I'm happy to host some pics.

If your friend is willing to drop to the price I suggested, I could probably
persuade someone to come out and look at it.

I understand you're looking in Warsaw for temporary work here, or are you
looking for work in Rome? What sort of area are you looking to work in?
