are you bragging? Congratulations, anyways! You should follow polish custom and
      invite everyone for "paratetowa"

        No, I am not braggingsmile

It is just very close to our house and when I go to Lasek Bielany with my dog I
always pass by that house. It was for rent and somebody just recently moved in.

My dog decided to explore their garden (rude of him!) and then I heard that
somebody was talking to him in English with British accent. I did not see the
owner of the voice and in the meantime my dog left the garden. So here we have a
        misterysmile

Was just wondering if it's somebody from the forum.

Wel, if I would live there definitely I would have a huge parapetowka!

Don't feel bad about it. Your dog probably bestowed them with a small "deposit"
like we do it in the bank. Not exactly a cash deposit but it was his way to
say "welcome to the neighbourhood strangers! Let's have a little "parapetowka"
          now.

Strangely, I learnt all about fences and gates when I came to Poland. Very
good things. Brits tend to imagine barriers in front of houses, Poles don't. I
had tremendous problems with nosey neighbours until the fences went up - they
seemed to think they could just walk round the outside of my house even when I
            was obviously at home.
Good for keeping doggie visitors out too, whatever the nationality.

              You to!

I moved into ours before the house was fully completed, and one Saturday morning
I was having a bath, with the bathroom door open, when I saw the plumber staring
              at me having a bath.

I couldn't believe it. I had left the front door unlocked (still not being used
to dead-locks again), although shut, and he just came on in.

Similar has happened with the cleaner (the first time she came).

Yeah, that doesn't sound very good. And it was a guy plumber?....

The cleaner, however is a different story. That could be the start of something
new here. If she good looking, perhaps leave the door opened again. Just a
subtle message...c'mon baby. Do you want to scrub my back. A little
lower...ahhh...where have you been all my life?

The plumber was a guy, but not a gay.

The cleaner.Wow, one of thise old Polish country bumkins - 52 years old, missing
front tooth, 5ft tall and wide. I'm getting older, but not come to this point yet.

I wanted an great looking 20 year old, but was stopped from looking for one by
                  the other half.

That's all right. Main thing is THEY truly enjoyed staring at you and you
probably din't realize you brought that little spark into their mundane lives!
                    Nothing wrong with that.

I don't know about them enjoying me - I'm one of those old country bumkin types
myself, and still growing - outwards.

I like that. We used to have a dumb show called: Dogs on Skateboards and Dogs
with Jobs. Now there is dogs with passports? That will make a great doggie
              series.
Is there any grass left around your fence smile

                Tee hee.
We live in the new improved EU, didn't you know dogs need passports too?
No grass between the wall/fence and the road - we just had the council re-
surface the dearly-beloved beaten track (which I helped build) with stones, as
                opposed to żużel.
The neighbours stopped bringing their poo-making machines round after I started
launching it over their fences! WMD writ large!

They truly deserve passports! Those poor things spend weeks in a quarantine.
Can you imagine you and I sitting in a quarantine for two weeks before we say
hello to an uncle that we don't even know, let alone like?

Right on! WMD biodegradably friendly! And a free lawn fertilizer all in one.
                  Great idea!

Of course they deserve passport! There is even different line for EU doggies and
for those residing outside the EU. And something else they need to have is a
chip under the skin somewhere around the neck. The chip contains a number
through which the dog can be identified.

I just talked with my "beast" who responds on the name "Sleeper" or "Grubaszku"
and he said he did not sign any consent form and the yuppies in Bruxelles can't
just use his personal info like that. He might sue the Comission. Will keep you
                    updated.

I agree. I think the whole Bruxelles thing's totally gone to the dogs! Poor
canines don't have a say/bark in anything anymore.
                      Way to go "Sleeper!"

My two cats have a microchip planted in their ear as well.

Well, I would hope so. Please, give me the latest scoop on the doggy business.
That is everything except the surrounding flies and the doggie do itself.
                      Thank you.

Not if they live in the Szczen-gen region, apparently.

(That was a multi lingual pun, by the way).
