Seeing as the tragedy involved some foreigners, I hope none of your relatives
or friends were involved.

I can only hope, that this is a lesson for the future...

The scale of this incident is so big, it seems the main news on foreign news
stations.

There is a bank account for donations
Caritas
'Katowice'
PKO BP I/O Warszawa

Anyway, sorry to have missed you guys for so long. I guess this incident
prompted me to come and see how old friends are.
Also I have not been well recently but that is another story uncertain

All the best to you allsmile

I hope your health gets back to 100% quickly.

This tragedy goes to show, that you cannot just allow unusual amounts of snow
to accumulate on roofs and not bother doing anything about it. Either the rof
with give or when the thaw comes the roof can leak and flood the place or a
whole load of snaw and ice can slide off the roof at the people below without a
      moment's notice.

I applaud the solidarity everyone around showed and the tireless efforts of
those who worked al night. The job will be finished, though, when all the risky
roofs in the country are cleared of snow. And if we learn the lesson for
winters to come, and make whatever conclusions are appropriate in the building
standards also, then at least a step forward will hav happened from this.

I call upon the government to ensure that those who have lost their provider in
this accident may be provided for, and that justice is served in the matter -
that means an enquiry as to whether someone is fairly to be blamed or not. That
doesn't mean looking for a scapegoat or someone with deep pockets to sue, but
to see if everyone involved in that roof did what could reasonably be expected
of them. If not, then they need to be called to account over it. If they did,
then fair enough. Accidents still happen even when people do whatever they can.
But an enquiry is needed anyway.

I'd like to express my sympathies to the people and families of people killed
aqnd injured, and like you hope that it is a lesson for the future.

I'd also like to say welcome back - you've been missed.

I hope that any problems are now resolved, and if not, that they may be soon.
