Norwich is smelly

Police in south Norwich recommend that troubled residents of blocks of flats
put Jeyes Liquid in stairwells to discourage rowdy youths fron gathering -
apparently it is very effective.
Norwich national lottery winner (GBP 10m), thug Michael Carroll is back in
jail - 43rd conviction since 1997. Down to his last 1.65m
Other UK news - almost all of the Lib Dems leadership campaigners have
declared themselves to be homosexual or bisexual.
Tony Blair is looking increasingly fatalistic as time runs out on his
leadership, and hopeless Labour politicians gather to snear at him and tell
him they can do it better.
Danes are buying East Anglian farmland - GBP 3000 / acre, instead of GBP 9000
in Denmark.
That's all for now!!

My memory tells me that some people took this case to the EU court, and it was
declared that they could not be excluded on human-rights grounds.

They get their tickets smuggled in hidden among the drugs, I expect, so that

You can be as old as you like, as long as you are still _you_ and not some
              third person person.

Well, surely if they put Jeyes Liquid on the fields it would keep the Danes
