        • bluteau Re: Valentines 13.02.06, 16:36
Not a bad idea. It's not a lack of bad intentions, it's just that my hubby has
          exams right now...
          • nasza_maggie Re: Valentines 13.02.06, 16:37

Common now, Ms Bluteau, your beau isn't exempted from his Marital
responsibilities just because he has some exams... he needs to do something or
                give him the boot!!!
      • russh Re: Valentines 13.02.06, 17:32
So why don't you take the initiative?
        • bluteau Re: Valentines 13.02.06, 17:50
You should have read my further post - I wrote that it isn't due to bad
intentions on the part of my husband, but on the fact that he has exams now. He
can't afford to make breaks, Valentine's no exeption. I can live with it
          • nasza_maggie Re: Valentines 13.02.06, 17:52
awsmile But I'm sure he'll get you flowerssmile tinsywinsy once at leastsmile))
          • russh Re: Valentines 13.02.06, 17:54
I read it later, as you suggested. I'd still try and do something for him, especially as he's under pressure re
the exams. What about a special meal indoors, and the special nightie - you know, the barbie one!
            • nasza_maggie Re: Valentines 13.02.06, 17:55
              barbie?!??!?!?!??!?!

I sugesst she buy HIM something special - like those elephant g-strings, you
              know, for a laugh! smile)))))))))))

If it was for me, it would be a laugh! Elephant, I should be so lucky. Good idea though to start the balls
                rolling (figuratively speaking of course).

Ha! Ha! But then again, I think we'd laugh ourselves to sleep rather than do the
                other thing wink

I think the Barbie nighty might have the same effect...
                • ianek70 You're all sick! 13.02.06, 18:34
Can you not just get the handcuffs and feathery things out the cupboard and buy
some nutella and a small teddy like normal people?
                  • bluteau Re: You're all sick! 13.02.06, 18:37
Naw, we did that last week...

My sex life is fine, thanks. You should have read my later post where I
explained why we probably won't be doing anything tomorrow.
          • mwanginjagi Re: Valentines 13.02.06, 21:42
            Bluteau,

You've brought up a very intricate topic..I guess very much related to
valentines... so, I don't mean to invade your privacy, but could you elaborate
what you meant by your sex life being fine... and if lovemaking will or is part
            of valentines ritual?
You can choose to take this question rhetorically, but would love to hear your
viewpoint... at your own discretion, Ms

            Pozdrawiam

oh dear and here's me thinking nobody knew about my nutella fetish.....
            • bluteau Re: Valentines 14.02.06, 07:24
Well, I didn't mean too much by my comment other than there's no need for anyone
here to give me tips on how to attract my husband's attention on Valentines smile
That' all. For the record, since you enquired, my sex life in general is working
out fine; not only on Valentines...
              • bartis_ervin Re: Valentines 14.02.06, 13:11

After this inquiry about your sexual life I will change the topicsmile

Did you manage to find a babysitter?

                Ervin

                • bluteau Re: Valentines 14.02.06, 14:05
Now that's digging up an old topic! Unless of course you're only asking if we've
managed to get a baysitter for this evening smile

As a matter of fact, my kids are going to their Babcia's this evening and will
be spending the rest of the week there. My mother-in-law is also our babysitter
                  (but I'm considering changing that).
My son has unfortunately fallen ill sad He has a fever and an upset stomach, so
I'm a little worried about packing him off for the week. Have no choice though.

And what will you be doing this evening, Ervin?
                  • bartis_ervin Re: Valentines 16.02.06, 20:07

Yes, it is an old topic I just remembered.

In Eastern Europe we started to have Valentines only after 1990, so I am not
really keeping it. It's great that my wife thinks the samesmile
She gets flowers before and after just to compensate that exactly on the 14th
                    she won't get.

14th wasn't much fun because I had to work long..

I hope that your son is ok by now!

I think next weekend we'll be in the beautiful Poznansmile

                    Ervin
