What have you done today to make you feel proud?

I've painted the ceiling in the spare bedroom. My arm is dropping off and
there's still wallpapering and some painting to be done but my mum will have
a nice room to stay in when she comes here. I didn't expect her to be able to
travel this far again, but she's pushing herself and I'm doing up the room
with a lump in my throat.

I hope she comes over many more times.

Don't forget to tell her how much you love her- we don't have our parents all
our lives, usually, and one day we can't tell them that any more. Good to say
      it while you can.

And it sounds like that room of yours is gonna say those words to her as well.

Good for you Ms. Jones.. for some of us, it's 7:30 in the morning so we haven't
savoured our day yet... kinda like early birds...

          Pozdrawiam

There are tears coming down my face!

I've gone through it; have a great time with your Mum, and here's hoping that
she'll be well enough to make it many times in the future.

I haven't done it yet. My wife is just now peeling the spuds.

I'll let you know as soon as I've done it!
