Fwdg: Clear Communication seminar by BPCC

13.03.06, 19:07
British Polish Chamber of Commerce
in association with
Lacrosse Language Consultancy
invite you to a morning workshop in the BPCC Academy series of events

Clear Communication in English –
a Competitiveness Issue
The workshop will be of interest to those members of your team who are
directly involved in corporate communication, and is aimed at non-native
English speakers.

Issues discussed will include a refreshing review of the golden rules of
clear communication – and why it matters to firms that their staff can write
good English. Participants will also learn how their companies can implement
a process of improving their standards of written English. Workshop sessions
will include tasks, where participants will be asked to comment upon and
improve examples of poor writing. The workshop will be run in English,
although both speakers are bilingual and ready to clarify any questions in
Polish, should the need arise. This event should be of interest to lawyers,
consultants, marketing specialists and anyone else who regularly needs to
communicate with clients and/or potential clients in written English.
