I would have had the caprese first and simply gone for a carbonara sauce on the
      penne.

Well, I'm nothing if not plain and simple.

On a sunny, hot, Krakow rynek, duzy Okocim with a side dish of big juicy
olives and feta... mmm... who'll join me?

I quite like the garden eatery of the Krakow Sheraton. They do a jolly good
fish and chips, by the way.

Oh for a good fresh insalata caprese, but in summer (it really is a summer
dish), and with fresh mozzarella di bufala (and this you really can't get
anywhere else apart from the south of Italy, unless the morning's production is
        flown in fresh).

Now I'm hungry - off to eat another kotoletta I suppose!

Don't be. Just work in a consistent, effective way using all the time, not
living a life of leisure and waiting to the last minute, and believe in
                  yourself.

Today will be pasta with tomato & garlic sauce, and a nice roll with light
butter on the side. It's fast, easy, and tasty.
