If they are humble and friendly, they make more friends in Oz then they ever would back home. I don't think they ever become like Aussies, they seem to stay very British til the end wherever they go. But their kids do, so there is a hope Now, since we started generalising like mad, I'd say that the English people I met tend to keep to themselves more then say Scots or Irish or Canadians.
