Sobig is biggest virus of all (BBC)

The Sobig Windows virus that overwhelmed e-mail inboxes around the world is
one of the fastest growing viruses ever.

E-mail filtering firm MessageLabs said it had intercepted more than a million
copies of Sobig F in 24 hours, more than for any other virus.

Net service giant AOL said it had stopped more than 11.5 million copies of
the virus since it first appeared on 18 August. (...)

      co oczywiscie nie znaczy, ze ten dran nie moze sie wslizgnac w jakims innym
      przebraniu. Ale te sa chyba najczesciej spotykane.

          Ciesze sie, Kolego, ze przejawiasz sceptycyzm. To bardzo zdrowe podejscie. Wiem
          cos o tym. A tak przy okazji, ze sie spytam, to sadzisz, ze nie ma wirusow,
          czy, raczej, ze BBC nie istnieje?

      The havoc caused by the Sobig Windows virus looks set to continue into the
      weekend.

      The virus has generated so much e-mail that many inboxes are now completely
      full and are bouncing back new messages which is only adding to the problems
      Sobig is causing.

      Net giant AOL said it had stopped more than 23 million copies of the virus and
      e-mail filtering firm MessageLabs said it had caught more than three million.

      Security firms warn that the virus has a payload that is set to trigger on 22
      August that could turn infected PCs into spam relays. (...)
