AT&T: rozmowa kontrolowana

Is the NSA spying on U.S. Internet traffic?

the former AT&T workers said that only government officials or AT&T employees
with top-secret security clearance are admitted to the room, located inside
AT&T's facility in Bridgeton. The room's tight security includes a biometric
"mantrap" or highly sophisticated double door, secured with retinal and
fingerprint scanners. The former workers say company supervisors told them
that employees working inside the room were "monitoring network traffic" and
that the room was being used by "a government agency."

Jesli juz to wole francuskie konsjerzki, ktora sa ponoc (albo byly)
      informatorkami policji.

Wydaje mi sie to o wiele bardziej ludzkie.

A poza tym cos z te ilosci informacji trzeba zrobic. Pamietasz analize 9/11,
FBI miala wiekszosc elemntow w rekach: cudzoziemcow z BW na szkoleniach na
Florydzie itp. Tylko nie umieli obrobic danych.

Uwazam zatem, ze mozna dalej spokojnie przeklinac przez telefon. Ryzyka niet:)

The Canadian Security Establishment (CSE) — the functional equivalent of the NSA
        — has been authorized to do the same domestic spying here, and may already be
using the same data-mining approach to conduct mass surveillance of Canadians’
        international communications.

A rather obtuse section of Canada’s Anti-terrorism Act allows the minister of
defence to authorize the CSE “to intercept private communications” initiated or
terminated in a foreign country “in relation to an activity or class of
activities specified in the authorization,” for the broad purpose of “obtaining
        foreign intelligence.”

While the CSE used to be restricted to spying on communications outside of
Canada, the new act allows it to spy on domestic communication, as long as it
        involves someone outside of Canada.
