nowy szef Airbus, ma doswiadczenia w negocjacjach. Byl szefem SNCF (tutejszego
PKP) z najbardziej wojowniczymi zwiazkami zawodowymi (Sud Rail). I jakos pchal
      sprawy do przodu.

Tutaj negocjacje francusko-niemieckie beda na tapecie.

Miejmy nadzieje, ze mu sie uda.

Boeing looks to benefit from Airbus crisis - experts
      ====================================================

      By Kyle Peterson

CHICAGO (Reuters) - Aircraft maker Boeing Co. stands to widen its lead in wide-
body orders as main rival Airbus grapples with persistent production delays and
a leadership crisis, analysts said on Monday.

Crippling delays delivering the double-decker A380 super-jumbo jet have eroded
support for Airbus Chief Executive Christian Streiff, causing a rift within
parent EADS and leading him to resign on Monday, to be replaced by EADS' co-CEO
      Louis Gallois.

Chicago-based Boeing, which overtook Airbus in net new orders this year, is
likely to see a further uptick in orders as a result of the A380 delays,
experts said. The challenge for Boeing, they said, will be meeting those orders
and avoiding some of the same production problems that have hurt Airbus.

"The main area they will benefit is in the wide-body aircraft market. They have
a lead in that market right now and the troubles that Airbus is having right
now will increase that lead due to the delays," said Craig Fraser, managing
      director at Fitch Ratings.

A Boeing spokesman had no comment on Monday beyond reiterating that the company
remains focused on its own business and deliveries.

Wide-body sales have slowed as Airbus wrestles with delays on the 555-seat A380
and a costly possible redesign of its A350, an aircraft it deems essential to
compete in the lucrative 250-350 seat segment against Boeing's hot 787.

"The only downside that one could see would be the longer-term downside if this
is the catalyst for Airbus to restructure its business and be more competitive
      in the future," Fraser said.

Aerospace analyst Paul Nisbet at JSA Research said, however, that given
Streiff's exit, it seems clear that Airbus does not have a toehold on a
      significant restructuring.

He said a top goal for Boeing should be to impress upon its customers that it
will not suffer similar production delays.

"They've got to redouble their efforts to make sure the same thing doesn't
      happen to them," he said.

Boeing's aircraft production will be under scrutiny and may be criticized in
the coming months, but the company must not have to tell its customers and
leasing companies that it cannot meet its schedule, Nisbet said.

He said Boeing's shares are poised to rise through the end of the year.

"We think for the end of the year it's going to be well up in the $90s," he
      said.

W najbliższym czasie dojdzie do zmian w sposobie zarządzania Airbusem, ale nie
będą one brutalne - zapewnia francuski minister gospodarki Francois Loos. I
dodaje, że widzi rolę Niemców jako pełnoprawnego partnera. Wczoraj niemieckie

tym kraju. Działają tu największe zakłady producenta.
