need someone who'd correct my written work

23.09.04, 22:43
I want to sit the CPE exam next year and am planning to prepare by doing
tests at home but I do not feel too confident about my writing - would
anybody be willing to read & correct my written work, let's say 2-3 pieces of
writing a month?

I believe there are courses in Poland which prepare people for those exams.
They run for a several months.

harbour, if you write, don't use bad English!
"They run for several months." It sounds better, doesn't it!?

I cannot afford a course now and to be honest I don't think I need one ;-) the
only thing I need is someone who'd read the texts I produce.
        • quickly harbour, what are you waiting for? Take it mate... 24.09.04, 10:01

how about writing here so that everybody can contribute?
Engaging only one person is a bit risky as this chosen person may not always be
              available.

you'll get the first pieces after this weekend, will that be ok?
                  thanks again!

Why not open a private forum and let the willing people (from here) know?

I certainly would put my name on the list.

Nope, you e-mail or call someone "at the above address". However, you can send
a letter "to THEIR address". Simple as that.
