incidence

"likewise, any other dispute, question or incidence arising out of, or in
connection with this contract". in the dictionary i found "zasięg, zakres,
rozmiar, przypadanie, obciazanie" which even with the best of will does not
fit in this context. does anybody know another meanig of this word? i must
mention it's american legal language, so perhaps my european dict oversees
it? i'll be thankful for your suggestions.

Incidence (occuring)-happening, situation, occurence, circumstance, condition,
      event, fact.

The word incidence can be replaced by the word occurence.
      PRZYPADEK perhaps

        Tak jak wyżej...

The act or an instance of happening; occurrence: did not expect criticism and
        was surprised by its incidence

gdabski, you didn't read what i wrote above. i'm not talking about INCIDENT but
incidence... the dict says that it is a the rate, at which something happens,
so it is not defitely what you're saying. also, i asked for the meaning of it
in a particular - legal - context in which the definition provided above
          doesn't seem to work.
