please help with the translation (if possible...)

IP: 217.153.114.* 26.08.02, 19:41

Hi,

I realize that maybe I am asking for too much, however I have to translate a
complicated hauling agreement into Polish, and I have a lot of problems
related to it. Could anyone of native speakers rephrase or define the
following expressions, please:
loads with multi-drops;

number of pallets spots

taultliner

drop trailer system

curtain-sided vehicle

interplant traffic

timelines

swop body

stretch belts

Thank you very much. I apologize if I caused any inconvenience to the people
visiting this forum.

      number of pallets spots
Quote the whole sentence, please. Context is needed.

      taultliner, curtain-sided vehicle
It is a truck that can be accessed for loading and
unloading from three sides (back, left, right). If the
sides are made of canvas-like material, I suppose you
could call it a curtain-sided truck or vehicle.

      drop trailer system
A trailer with goods can be dropped off (and left) by its
tractor at a destination for unloading (a tractor is
powered, a trailer is not). If this concept deserves to
be called a system, you have the drop-trailer system.
Also I know there are multi-deck trailers, for example a
double-drop trailer, which has a flat bed with two drop
decks; this refers to the structure of a trailer rather
than the system of shipping loads, I guess.

      interplant traffic
Interplant traffic takes place between plants at
different locations, as opposed to intraplant traffic
within one plant (location); e.g., movements of goods
from the warehouse to the manufacturing floor of a plant.

      timelines
A timeline is a collection of key sequential events, a
      history, or a chronicle.

      swop body
It may mean a portion of a cargo vehicle (load bin? other
load container?) that can be installed on the vehicle and
dropped off. If swop means swap, or barter. If a truck
were designed to swop (or exchange) the containers it
      would be a swop-body truck

      stretch belts
Any belt elastic enough to be stretched by tensioning

Here you go again. Maggie, you are too persuasive (three
dots)in a (three dots) babelicios way (three dots)

Disclaimer: I have no knowledge whatsoever of the
technicalities of the subject matter. I am trying to
interpret the language only, so take my scribbling with a
      grain of salt.
About the number of pallets spots? A number of pallet
(not pallets) spots might represent the number of pallets
that a warehouse, or a truck, can accommodate. For
example, if the warehouse storage footage is, say,
10,000sq.ft, and the area of one pallet is 100 sq.ft, the
number of pallet spots available would be 10,000/100=100.
In other words, the number of pallet spots would be a
measure of pallet storing capacity. Does it make sense?
