Kitten found

After shopping when I came back to my aunt’s house, I found a small, well-
groomed kitten in the backyard in the tree. The kitten has a black fur with
white paws and a short tail. The kitten is healthy. He jumps all the time and
wants to play.

Thursday, 2 December
Dear Michael,

Thanks for your last letter and for the invitation to your holiday house in
the mountains. Unfortunately I can’t come because I’m moving. I’m really
sorry I’ll have to miss such an occasion.

The move is very troublesome. My new flat is in other town so my mum is in
our old flat and dad is in the new. There are a lot of boxes everywhere and I
can’t find what I need. Yesterday I couldn’t find my essay and I got a
failing grade at school. This situation gets on my nerves. I’m very irritated.

My new flat is in a big, green block of flats, on the second floor, in a nice
newly built area. Nearby is a shopping mall. The flat is very spacious. There
are five rooms, a kitchen painted bright yellow and blue bathroom. We just
bought new oaken furniture for the sitting room.

I’d love it if you could come to visit me in June or July. You’ll be amazed.
My new flat is prettier then the old. Please let me know when you can come.
Best wishes

4. LIST PRYWATNY

Hi Jenny,

Thanks for your last latter, I’d also like to thank you for your trust to me.
I’m flattered that you told me whole truth and ask for advice. I was very
amazed to hear that you take a drugs. I’d never suppose, that somebody like
you can have something in common with narcotics. Your news sadden me a bit.

Here’s what I think you should do. One option is that you don’t tell anybody
about your problems and you stop taking without hearing complains, but look
out it is very difficult. Or the second option is that you tell you parents
about your problems. I know your parents and I know they’ll help you.

You must know that drugs are very unhealthy. You can fast get addicted from
them. After taking one part you don’t know what do you do and what come down
with you. So you must cut this situation because you damage yourself and your
family, who always worry about you.
They want beset for you.

I can come soon, if you want. I can help you sort out this problem. I hope
that together we’ll successful brake with drugs and we’ll reinforce our
friendship.

Best wishes
Matka Chrzestna

In the tree in our rear garden.
You don't get backyards in trees, you get trees in gardens. In British
English, "yard" suggests a concreted over area unlikely to have a tree on it.

"such an occasion" is too high register, and sounds like your being sarcastic
to the guy. "the opportunity" will do fine.

This is not Spanish. ANother town. In you would be right: "mi nueva habitacion

"Oaken" is too high register, archaic, poetic:
"My faith, it is an oaken staff, a soldier unafraid"
Oak furniture is fine, you do not need to delve into our 17th century heritage
to describe it. Not in this letter anyway.

a drug, or drugs. "A drugs" you should have been cured of at lesson one.
Unless of course, you are referring to Class A drugs, in which case you need a
capital letter .... and legal advice.

No, it's not a forum intended for that. But you are more than welcome to join
in the English language discussions there, or start your own discussion, and
          practice your English that way.

But no-one will necessarily correct your errors, not for free anyway, on the
private fora. That's the difference between this Forum that Maggie looks after,
          and my Forum.

I do help over here now and again, but my forum is a discussion forum, and you
can come and discuss things in foreign languages there.
