We recommend your decision not to make good your defects is reconsidered, as a
      > failure to do so shall result in the following actions by ourselves:.....
      >

All it needs is a comma after 'reconsidered, and all is clear.

        brzmi jak tlumaczone przez komputer

"decision not to make good your defects" - definitywnie cos tu nie gra.

poprawna struktura - "przemysl sobie bo bedzie zle"

We suggest that you reconsider you decision [to do whatever], failure to [do
what we want] will result in [bad consequences].

        jak zwykle potrzebny konteks.

            Tak jak paper-mate napisal ..

"not to make good your defects " brzmi troche jak Kali.

Zalezy od kontekstu ale cos w stylu "to fix the defects" byloby lepsze.
