        `a slice of meat,bread,cake,ham,lemon..` kawalek,plasterek jesli chodzi o jedzenie.

        a oprocz tego:

        `slice`(fig.)= `part o sth`
`We agreed before we did the deal that we`d both take an equal slice(=part) of
        the profit.

`a slice of the cake`(BrE)/pie` (AmE)=a share in sth, esp.a sum of money
-`Cities like Birmingham are hoping to get a bigger slice of the grant cake
        this year.`

-`to want/ask for a piece/slice of the action=to want to be included in an
activity, esp. to get an advantage or profit.

"Slice of Heaven" is a single by New Zealand singer/songwriter Dave
Dobbyn with the band Herbs, released in 1986 alongside the animated
motion picture... That's a nice song...

"A slice of Heaven" are cakes for wedding... and that's yummy
          stuff... :)))
