English/American equivalent for Polish "mecenas" as a title for lawyers (e.g.
Panie mecenasie, czy...). Is there any at all?

      No such form as Panie mecenasie in English.
      Barristers are in UK. In USA there are attorneys at law
      or esquires, but only on business cards:
      eg. William Pratt, Attorney At Law or
      William Pratt, Esq.

      Your lawyer has a name and that's how you call him.

      As far as I know, this is a social status title rather than a professional
      status. Lawyer, solocitor, barrister or attorney describes the profession
      depending on country and what they do a bit, too. Just call them by first
      name and it will be fine.
