Pozwoliłem sobie wyciągnąć na górę post nocnylota, gdyż uważam go za ważny;
mam nadzieję, że się nie obrazi.
"Tiaaa. W jakiej czolowce, przepraszam? Bo raczej nie europejskich linii.
Ranking Skytraxu, czyli firmy ktora przeprowadza najwiekszy w tej branzy
sondaz
wsrod klientow, jest bardzo wyrazisty - swiatowa czolowka wyglada tak:
1 Singapore Airlines
2 Emirates
3 Cathay Pacific
4 Qantas Airways
5 Thai Airways
6 British Airways
7 Qatar Airways
8 Malaysia Airlines
9 Continental Airlines
10 ANA All Nippon Airways
A europejska tak:
1 British Airways
2 SWISS Int'l Air Lines
3 Lufthansa
A to jest ranking personelu pokladowego w europie:
1 Swiss
2 Austrian Airlines
3 CSA Czech Airlines
4 Maersk Air
5 Aer Lingus
czego byc dumnym!:

I flew with LOT many times for the last few years. I was flying mostly in
business class and economy class, on many routes - European and
transatlantic.
Some flights were just perfect, but some flights were bad. Most stewardess
are
very nice - but the old ones - can be pretty rude to passengers - especially
me - when they were seeing me (a teenager) flying in business class - they
seemed like they wanted to release all their life-frustration on me. But
everything else was always okay.

The aging Boeing 767's are very noticeable. The seats are getting old and
broken at times. The bathrooms are no treat either. I understand these were
built in the 1980's, but I believe its time to get newer long-haul aircrafts.
The food is also getting worse with Chicken or Pork being offered most of the
time now. As for the European flight, I really can't complain. The ATR was
old
and it showed a lot but the staff was very pleasant. The food was horrible
though.

VIE-KRK and KRK-VIE (Lauda Air MEL-VIE-KRK codeshare). After a great flight
Melbourne to Vienna with Lauda Air I was very disappointed by LOT. The cabin
of
the ATR72 was dirty and shabby, the seats were worn out, FA service very
average and the food just terrible. The return flight was pretty much the
same -
very disappointing, thankfully they were only short flights. Hopefully Star
Alliance membership will force them to lift their game.

I flew with LOT London to Warsaw on 2nd August. Flight delayed by 9hours due
to
a broken window! They had to get the part flown from Warsaw! Heathrow did not
have one? Who knows. Communication was very limited re delay. On return on
flight delayed by 40 minutes and then sat on tarmac at Heathrow for 30
minutes
as no gate available,. Communication again very poor. This was my first (and
last) experience of Lot . BA or Ryanair from next year.

I flew LOT in Busienss on the FRA-WAW (LO380) route yesterday. It was very,
very old ex-AOM 737-500. The cabin was shabby and dirty like 2nd class
commuter
train in Soviet Russia. The crew was okay, but this is not a 3 stars airline
standard. Where is a Star Alliance quality control team "
