hehe - oczywiscie w zwiazku z tematem uzycia tajemniczej broni w iraku ;))))
po linkach pawa_dadego jakos tak sobie poszukalem o dzialach
elektromagnetycznych;))),potem o broni antysatelitarnej etc...

i m.in doszedlem do tego dokumentu:

nie jest to nic zwiazanego bezposrednio z tamtym tematem, tematem ego
dokumentu jest Report to Congress July 28 2003 China Military Power 2003

ciekawe sa jednak zagadnienia poruszane w raporcie - wojny hackerow, bron
KEW,bronie laserowe,wojna elektroniczna,mozliwosci ekspansji w kosmos...

jak widac wspolczesne konflikty i zagrozenia bardzo sie ostatnio zmienily...

Tanks and other armored vehicles present more of a challenge to the laser due
to their relatively thick armor, but the other big futuristic weapon being
developed now, the “rail gun,” is sure to be a tank’s worst nightmare in the
21st century. Rail guns use ultra-powerful magnetic fields to accelerate a
simple rod made of heavy metals to speeds in the neighborhood of 4 kilometers
per second. They thus rely purely on the kinetic energy of the 2 kilogram-or-
so slug to penetrate armor. And penetrate, it does! The pressure created at
the tip of the slug as it hits the armor is so immense that it is literally
enough to drive the bolt through, parting the metal like Moses and the Red
      Sea… but that’s getting off-topic.
