Poszukujemy Sales Managera na teren całej Polski. Dziedzina - żywice
przemysłowe. Oto wymagania:
BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
The role holder must have a minimum of five years industrial sales
experience, preferably within the chemical industry (ideally the GRP
industry), and must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of
successful regional sales growth and key account management of mid – large
sized companies spending in excess of 2 millions PLN per annum ( 0.5million
euro p.a. ). While not essential, some experience in successful new
business development would be desirable.
The role holder must have excellent presentation, negotiation and
communication skills and be comfortable working with financial data
concerning sales: turnover, margins, profitability, credit and payment terms.
The role holder must have well-developed interpersonal skills, ideally also
with proven team-leadership skills and experience.
The role holder must have good team-working skills and be able to demonstrate
effective involvement in cross-functional business teams in the past
The role holder must be self motivated and able to work independently without
supervision, using their own initiative and weekly/ monthly planning to
archive pre agreed annual objectives and sales targets.
The role holder must be prepared to be home office based until such time as
the sales levels and profitability in Poland justify an office and additional
administration support staff ; alternatively other arrangements may be
provided as part of a central Eastern European sales support service.
The role holder should be higher diploma, or preferably degree-qualified
(ideally in Chemistry, Engineering, Marketing / Business or an MBA), or have
a professional sales qualification.
The role holder must be able to speak business English competently as well as
being fluent in Polish, which should preferably be the role holders mother
tongue. Additional language skills, while not essential would also be an
advantage, especially German and / or Russian.
The role holder must have a passport, be able to drive a car and hold a valid
driving license.
The role holder must be prepared to travel all over Poland as part of the
sales job, staying away from home for between 1 and 4 nights per week,
depending on the needs of the business and where customer are located. In
addition, from time to time, the role holder must be prepared to travel
outside of Poland to attend conferences, meeting and exhibitions, usually
within Europe.
