For our Client, a leading provider of outsourced customer interaction
services, we are looking for
Customer Service Professional.

The person will be responsible for:
- providing support and customer service by answering incoming phone calls;
- assisting with administrative duties as needed;
- serving as point of contact for project;
- verifying customer information and entering to the system.

Requirements:
- Fluency in German or Czech or Croatian or Hungarian or Romanian or
Bulgarian is a must.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Ability to operate a phone system, computer system, tape recorder and other
office equipment.
- A degree of familiarity with the product.
- Dedication and commitment.
- A proactive approach.
- A proven interest in providing excellent customer service.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to handle differing contact media.
- Decision-making skills.
