    Wroclaw graffiti

    I have recently visited Wroclaw as a tourist and was surprised to see so much
    graffiti on some of its' wonderful buildings.Why is this allowed to happen?

    Graffiti is evident almost everywhere and certainly detracts from the overall
    appearance of the city.

        Because, in Poland everyone can do everything. Without any punishment.Just a
        strange place to live, isn't it?

        It freaks me off as well. But when I traveled around Europe I realized that it
        is characteristic for places with huge amount of young people. Even in Sweden
        in Upsala. So when we get old, like Europe at this moment, everything in our
        city will be perfect and boring.:)
