Manage Lufthansa Global Business Services Six Sigma program, by leading Six Sigma Black Belt projects, coaching Six Sigma Green Belt projects and delivering trainings on Six Sigma methodology

Tasks:
• Leads Six Sigma Black Belt projects - utilizes various Six Sigma techniques and tools to handle process improvement

Manage Green Belt certification program by:
• Delivering trainings and workshops on Six Sigma methodology and tools
• Coaching Green Belts in their Six Sigma projects
• Leading, motivating, and influencing project teams
• Planning, mobilizing and directing Six Sigma projects of low, medium and high complexity and scale
• Analyzes current processes in order to identify the improvement opportunities, improve efficiency, quality and reduce risk
• Gathers process specific data relevant to the benchmarking of the process performance
• Suggests process improvements, proposes solutions and works on their implementation
• Actively seeks for new projects opportunities


Your profile

Technical Competences:
• Academic/Master degree (Business / Finance / Economy)
• More than 3 years of professional experience working on Six Sigma projects with multiple stakeholders in different countries
• Fluent English
• Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and statistical tools (for example Minitab)
• Proven Six Sigma project management qualification (Six Sigma Black Belt certificate)

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
• Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility
• Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
• Self-driven and proactive
