Uwaga na oszusta na Gumtree! Pewnie to kropla w morzu fałszywych ofert: mieszkanie 60m2 na Wiejskiej to ewidentny scam. Po początkowej wymianie maili, tajemniczy Anglik prosi o wpłatę 3000 na konto agencji pośrednictwa Ltd-rentals.com.
Nigdy nie wysłałabym zaliczki bez obejrzenia mieszkania i podpisania umowy. W tym przypadku pokusiłam się jeszcze o sprawdzenie strony pośrednika. ltd-rentals.com nie jest zindeksowana przez żadną przeglądarkę internetową: to zwykła atrapa!

Mam nadzieję, że komukolwiek pomoże to zaoszczędzić 3000 złotych... Oferta ma ponad 600 wyświetleń w ciągu pierwszych 24 godzin.

Dziękuję bardzo,
to ostrzeżenie znalazłam poszukujac opinii o firmie Robinsons Relo.
Dostalam mail od Stevena Baristera z Londynu (który prawdopodobnie nazywa się Gregory Paulsen - bo na to nazwisko mial być dokonany przelew). Tekst IDENTYCZNY jak dostala Karola, różnicą była tylko cena: kawalerka 43 m2 na Cybernetyki z miejscem garażowym i opłatami za media miala kosztować 1400 zl/mies. Żeby dostać klucz do obejrzenia mieszkania należło wpącić 2800 zl - gwarantem bezpieczeństwa miła być fima Robinsons Relo. Korespondencja ze "Stevenem" była niemal przyjacielska, a instrukcja otrzymana od Robinsons Relo sugerowala bezpieczęnstwo obu stron. Zdziwiło mnie tylko to, że odbiorcą pieniędzy, które mialam wysłać via Western Union ma być osoba fizyczna.
Wcześniej pewien niepokój wzbudziła informacja, że mieszkanie było kupione dla córki, a ona już wrócila z W-wy do Londynu. Ponieważ znam okolicę, ze zdjęć domyślilam się który to budynek. Zapytalam wprost i otrzymałam potwierdzenie. Wydawało mi się, że dom jest dopiero co oddany, co dalo sie sprawdzić na stronie internetowej inwestycji. Poprosilam więc "wlaściciela" o skan wypisu z księgi wieczystej (lub chociaż o jej numer) oraz jego dokumetu tożsamości oraz o bankowe potwierdzenie przelewu depozytu dla Robinsons Relo (firma zapewniała, że zabezpieczeniem transakcji jest depozyt w wysokosci 4 000 zl - i to mocno mnie zdziwiło, bo nie napisali równowartość kwoty, ale sugerowali że mają depozyt w zlotówkach). Jak narazie nagła cisza w ożywionej, zwłaszcza w porze nocnej, korespondencji. Oczywiście, nie spodziewam się odpowiedzi.
Opisuję to szczególowo, bo potencjalnych oszukanych może być więcej. Pozdrawiam

Ja też o mały włos nie dałam się w to wciągnąć!! W moim przypadku był to Richard Green z Londynu i też powoływał się na firmę Robinsons Relo!! Jak poprosiłam o skan dowodu osobistego lub paszportu tej osoby i nr księgi wieczystej mieszkania to człowiek się już nie odezwał!

JA też się prawie nabrałam, na szczęście mój współlokator znalazł Waszą rozmowę. W moim przypadku właściciel nazywa się Jake Norma i oczywiście wszystkie mile wyglądają tak jak Wasze. Ogłoszenie wyglądało zachęcająco, mieszkanie na Bukowińskiej, trzy pokojowe za 2050 zł, więc już na samym początku czułam ,ze coś jest nie tak. Napisałam jednak maila i ta osoba wyglądała na prawdę w porządku, Jake był miły i uprzejmy, dlatego prawie dałam się nabrać.
Czy ktokolwiek z Was miał odpowiedź od policji? JA chcę iśc dzisiaj to zgłosić, do tego planuję powołać się na Wasze sytuacje, ale nie wiem czy policja coś załatwi skoro to ciągnie się od tak długiego czasu.

Co sądzicie o zbiorowym wypadzie na policję? Myślę, że jedna osoba nic nie zdziała a nie chcę, by w przyszłości ludzie się na to nabierali. Ktoś wyżej napisał, ze ma jego nr konta- ktoś inny też go dostał? Ja wciąż z nim utrzymuję kontakt by dostać jak najwięcej informacji ale teraz przesłał mi maila z prośbą o moje dane kontaktowe, których oczywiscie mu nie podam. Najgorsze jest to, że ja sama nie mam dowodów na to, że jest to defraudacja, bo wszystko wygląda legalnie. Szukałam też IP tego gościa by można go było namierzyć, ale niestety nie pokazuje się IP jego komputera.

Hi,

July is ok with me if you will inspect the apartment now and take a decision.
You will have 2 days to inspect the apartment before your final decision. I will pay for the shipping of the keys and papers.
I will make the delivery papers at Robinsons.
After I will make the papers for delivery they will require for your payment confirmation of the first month rent + one month as a security deposit (Zl1500 + Zl1500 = Zl3000). Before you will make any deposit Robinsons will send you a tracking number so you can see they have the keys and the papers in their custody and the delivery procedure is started.
Also Robinsons will give you further instructions about the money deposit .
After the payment is confirmed the delivery process will continue and after you will receive the keys you will have a two days inspection period before your final decision.
If all is in order, you will instruct Robinsons to redirect the funds to me. Further rent will be sent directly to my bank account.
If you refuse to rent the apartment Robinsons will give you a full refund (Zl3000) and you will give them back the keys and the contract.
If you are still interested in renting the apartment please send me your full name, address and phone number and I will forward this info to Robinsons.

The apartment is located in Zgoda 12,Ap 22 Warszawa,00-012 , Poland. The rental price per month is 1500 PLN + 1500 PLN Deposit , and the monthly fee for the utility bills are included in the price. I bought the apartment for my daughter during her study in Warsaw,Poland. Now she is back home in Denamrk, Copenhagen where we leave because she is pregnant in 8 months.
