This place, especially the cellar of the restaurant was
particularly poorly serviced and maintained.
Food: Portion size was just ok, but reached us at a lukewarm
temerature.
Service: It took us a little while to realise that the cellar
wasn't serviced by staff to take orders, so we had to do this at
the upstairs bar. Took about 15 minutes to then get our meals,
by ourselves from the same bar upstairs. No signs (at least in
english) indicating that it was a self service area. Guy at
the bar downstairs hardly understood English OR Polish! (Large-
Cola-No-Ice = Small-Cola-With-Ice)
Ambience: Dark, dingy & smokey. Little ventilation was apparent
as smoke from neighbouring tables hung around for a long time.
Entrance to this cellar was via one winding staircase with very
small steps. No fire exit signs marked it or other exits.
Other: On a good note, the toilets were OK :) But for a place
on the "Old Town" square in central Poznan, they could do
better, especially to service non-polish speaking tourists.
