This opinion of Mr Gowin is only the consequence of polish law and
constitution. Our laws definitely say that the full family with
married couple, one man and one woman, is the best environment for
natural born children. Another models are not optimal solutions.
Yes, they are in a society allowed behaviours but not necessarily
optimal and supported. For example: if you wish can you smoke (apart
from some forbidden places) but you cannot demand support for this,
not optimal, behaviour.
