8th Choreographic Competition on 10th June 2003

Conditions of entry:

1. All participants, whether choreographer or dancer, should have had
professional training.

2. Application must be in writing on the enclosed form, which must be
completely filled in and returned to the Festival before 2th April 2003. A
video tape (only VHS) of the
choreographic work must be sent to reach the Festival at the same date. The
video must only contain the choreography necessary for the competition. The
length of performance should not be more than 20 minutes maximum.

3. Admission to the competition is subject to the Festival's consent.
Participants will be informed about admission on 10th April 2003.

4. Participants are under obligation to be available, without a fee, for the
required rehearsals, press conferences, interviews and possible radio and
television recordings.

5. The decision of the jury is final. If a participant is a student or
company member of one of the judge, this judge will withhold his vote. After
the competition the members of the jury will be available to participants, on
request, for advisory talks.

6. The price 2003 is a coproduction with Le Grand Théâtre de la Ville de
Luxembourg. The organizers offer for the competition 2003 free accomodation
to the participants and
a help to travel costs up to 50% of a 2nd class train ticket whithin the
European Community.

7. Technical details:
The competition takes place in the Théâtre des Capucins in Luxembourg. The
stage is equipped with a black PVC dance floor and a black background. It is
about 9 meters deep and 8 meters wide. The lighting equipment is a console
with 72 channels, but in accordance to the need of quick changes, the
lighting concept of the choreographies should not be too complicated.
Lighting plans should be sent with the application form.

8. The Festival shall not be responsible for any injury, accident or loss
occuring during travel and participation in the competition.
