An industry leader in wireless communication devices is looking for a
motivated person for the position of Office Assistant.

Responsibilities/Tasks
- Attending courteously to all visitors and clients
- Answering and making phone calls in an efficient and courteous manner
- Coordinating all employee and customer requirements for the building
- Handling multiple projects, working overtime if required
- Handling couriers and faxes
- Organizing travel arrangements
- Typing correspondence and handling emails
- Translating documents

Education
- At least secondary school education is required, preferable student of the
last years of studying

Knowledge/Language skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English
- MS Office skills are necessary
- Strong communication skills

Experience
- 1 year experience in similar position

Capabilities

- Team work
