W tym watku chcialam wam pokazac w jakiej rodzinie przyszlo spedzic mi 8
miesiecy mojego mlodego zycia. To byla moja druga rodzina. O przygodach z
pierwsza mozecie poczytac sobie w watku "byc au pair" [tak on sie chyba
nazywal :o)]

W nastepnym poscie zaczne cytowac AU PAIR MANUAL dostarczony mi najpierw przez
moja poprzedniczke [w tajemnicy przed hostami], a pozniej przez mojego host
fathera.

Czytajac po raz pierwszy ten podrecznik plakalam krokodylymi lzami, bo
szczerze nie wyobrazalam sobie zycia w tej rodzinie, jak rowniez wiedzialam,
ze nie mam wyboru i musze sie na nich zdecydowac.

WHO'S WHO
NANCY is of Irish - German heritage, the fourth of six children who grew up in
Connecticut. She's a computer executive for XXXXX, the world's largest Stock
Brokerage. She works from 8 or 9 to 6 or 7 in Hopewell, NJ 1 - 2 days a week,
and in New York City 3 - 4 days a week. She is also writes essays and music,
and sings and plays the piano. Nancy is in charge of the family feelings,
nourishment, health, safety and security. We all follow her example in these
matters. Nancy is in charge of shopping, children's clothing and laundry. Nancy
is a good boss and is consistent, and she states her requirements in very gentle
terms.
SCOTT is of Irish - Lebanese heritage, oldest of three boys, also from
Connecticut. [Nancy & Scott met in NYC, where each lived and worked for many
years]. His main business is real estate, but there is a little show business in
everything he does [work, cooking, talking]. He specializes in listing homes for
sale and marketing them with his personal desktop - published material. Scott is
in charge of the family deals and contract [including yours], organization and
maintenance of possessions, housekeeping, kitchen, garbage, discipline, defense,
the house and finances. He is very detail oriented. Agreements between people
are very important to him, and he has and excellent memory for the spirit and
terms of his agreements.
GEORGIA DEE was born 2 April 1993, big, busy and lusty at Family Born, a
Mid-wife birth center in Princeton. Nancy [supported by Scott] made every effort
to make the pregnancy and delivery completely natural, and succeeded! Georgia's
life has been natural ever since.
Georgia's in charge of a)all seating arrangements, b) figuring out how
everything in life works, c) opening all cards and presents for any household
member, d) giving her little sister lots of love and affection [in between
teasing], e) emceeing and introducing the next act in the plays and dances the
girls present. Georgia's ALIASES include The Peach, Georgia Dee, the Big Sister,
the other boss. Georgia will probably experience a fierce loyalty and an aching
nostalgia for the au pair you just replaced. If you hang in there, you will get
to know the generous, mirthful adoring little girl she is and you will soon earn
the same loyalty from her.
