Employer: We are a small, friendly, flexible Cambridge based company. We are
growing fast so it is very likely that the hours will increase to full time
within 1 year. The hours of work can be flexible (to a degree) so can fit in
with other commitments – to be discussed. We offer a relaxed work
environment so long as everyone is delivering great customer service.

The work: Most of the work will revolve around cleaning and preparing
apartments for guests. The apartments are cleaned to a very high standard
and excellent final presentation is vital. Full training will be given.
There are other activities involved in this work such as shopping and stock
management. Once the new employee is settled there will also be a
requirement to meet and greet new guests. Most of the work is during the day
on week days but there will be some evening (almost none) and weekend work
(not every weekend). This is by agreement and we try to support staff when
they have other commitments. The employee with mainly work with our Head
Housekeeper but there will be times when the employee will be working alone.
This means that they must be happy to drive an automatic van.

Hours – 20 hours per week initially

Pay - £7.50 per hour + 4 weeks holiday pay and profit share (up to 5% of
annual salary)

Qualities required: Trustworthy, great eye-for-detail, excellent customer
service attitude, reliable, physically strong, able to drive in the UK,
English speaker to a reasonable degree (i.e. can welcome a guest, show them
the apartment and answer questions), pleasant and friendly.

We will help with accommodation in the first few weeks and will help the
employee to find their own accommodation for the long term.
