Jeszcze nie tak dawno Panowie z JWC obrażeni na polskich klientów,
którzy nie chcą już więcej przepłacać za mieszkania grozili, że
przeniosą wiekszość działalności do Rosji i tam zarobią krocie...no
cóż przyjdzie chyba jednak przeprosić się z Kowalskim...:

"JW Construction real estate puts Moscow project on hold. Listed
residential real estate developer JW Construction is putting its
plans for a development near Moscow on ice for the near-term,
supervisory board chairman and lead shareholder Jozef Wojciechowski
told TVN CNBC Biznes Wednesday.
"We have taken a wait-and-see position," he said of the project near
Moscow where a plot was being eyed.
"We haven't scratched it, but we are in a state of waiting, cooling
off," he said, referring vaguely to both the vacancy at the CEO post
in his firm and the current political situation in Russia.
Company officials have previously talked up the Moscow suburb plans,
saying the plots capacity represented about one and a half year's
worth of the group's current production and on a market
enjoying "decisively higher margins than in Poland."
No major changes to plans for the development in Russia's Sochi,
where a plot was bought a year ago, likely appreciated by some 20%
and where building licenses are still in the pipeline."
