Dlaczego się naśmiewasz praszczurze? Nie każdy jest piękny, jak Lech Aleksander

Się nie naśmiewam.Ja jestem legalistą i to ortodoksyjnym.Dla mnie cała władza
od Boga pochodzi.Nawet jak był Gomułka to też.To teraz tym bardziej.Pewne

            Hm...
            Za:

            THE ENCYCLOPEDIA OF
            ENDOCRINE DISEASES
            AND DISORDERS
            William Petit Jr., M.D.
            Christine Adamec

acromegaly A rare endocrine disorder generally
caused by a benign pituitary tumor that secretes
excessive amounts of growth hormone. These
            growth hormone-secreting pituitary tumors or
adenomas account for about one-third of all pituitary
tumors. Rarely, the tumor leading to
            acromegaly may be cancerous.
Acromegaly is also called GIGANTISM if it presents
before puberty because the excessive levels of
growth hormone cause individuals to attain unusual
heights. If the disorder presents after puberty, the
individual does not grow taller but will likely present
with characteristic abnormalities that may significantly
alter his or her appearance. It will flatten
both the nose and face and will cause the enlargement
of any bones that have not yet completed
their growth, such as the jaw, hands, and feet.
An overgrowth of tissue in the nasopharyngeal
area (nose/tongue/throat) may cause hoarseness and
may even cause sleep apnea, a potentially dangerous
condition in which the person stops breathing for frequent,
short periods during sleep. Snoring is also
quite common among patients with acromegaly.
            Causes of Acromegaly
Acromegaly occurs in only about three to four people
per million. About 20–30 percent of patients
with acromegaly also have DIABETES MELLITUS. In
other rare cases, tumors of the pancreas, lungs, or
adrenal glands (commonly carcinoid tumors) may
cause acromegaly by secreting growth hormone.
Acromegaly may also be caused by the secretion of
            another hormone: growth hormone-releasing hormone
(GHRH). This hormone stimulates the secretion
of growth hormone from the pituitary. The
hypothalamus, an area of the brain just above the
pituitary that secretes many hormones that help
regulate the pituitary’s function, may also secrete
excessive GHRH, and this secretion may cause
            acromegaly.

            jednym z wyraznych objawow jest:

Excess enlargement of the mouth, nose, and
tongue (acral growth, leading to deformities of
            the face and teeth)

The diagnosis of acromegaly is usually delayed a
long time in adults—by as long as 15 to 20 years.
This occurs because the onset of this medical problem
is slow and insidious. Additionally, the signs
and symptoms of acromegaly are not immediately
            obvious.
In fact, the changes in the person’s facial features
usually occur so slowly that many patients
and their own family members do not notice them.
Awareness of these changes often occurs only due
to the observation from someone who is outside
the family or who has not seen the person for
years. As a result, a person may not be diagnosed
with acromegaly until 35–50 years old, even
though the problem may have begun many years
before then. In contrast, however, gigantism is very
noticeable and it is diagnosed in the individual during
            or prior to adolescence.

Ciekawostka w temacie HGH, podawanie HGH po 50 radykalnie poprawia stan zdrowia,
kondycje psychofizyczna. HGH dziala jak hormon mlodosci... mozna odzyskac 15 -
20 lat... tych ktorych stac robia sobie kuracje HGH - cena dosc wysoka bo HGH
nalezy do grupy najdrozszych hormonow, kiedys otrzymywany z przysadek osob
zmarlych, od niedawna produkowany jest syntetyczny HGH ale cena niewiele nizsza...
