TO ALL PARTICIPANTS OF GENERAL COMPETION EPSO/AD/177/10 -
ADMINISTRATERS (AD 5)
EPSO has just sent you information about participating in the next
phase. Only 1000 of you 37000 will be admitted.
Disregarding the legal principle of transparency, EPSO denies you
your right to examine your paper for errors and corrections.
We encourage those who have been informed that they will not be
admitted to the next phase ask for access to and re-examination of
their papers in accordance with the procedure indicated in the
competition notice. A model letter is annexed for your convenience;
YOU HAVE EXACTLY TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE EPSO
NOTIFICATION TO PRESENT YOUR DEMAND.
Currently Case T-374/07, concerning the question of transarency is
pending before the Civil Service Tribunal (CST).
As stated in a previous SJE tract, on June 15, 2010 the CST annulled
EPSO's decision to exclude a candidate based on an admission test
because "EPSO is … not competent … to determine the content of
examinations nor to correct them, including multiple choice tests"
