Interpelacja w sprawie AD05/05

16.06.06, 12:10
Znalazlem przypadkiem interpelacje posla Paula van Buitenena z 6 lutego 2006
r. skierowana do Komisji a dotyczaca konkursu AD05/05. Interpelacja ma
sygnature E-0574/06. Ciekawa historia. Oto wyjatki

Can the Commission say what its reasons were for choosing such a low number,
and for setting a single number regardless of the size of the Member State
concerned, even though the translation service are complaining about both the
slow speed of recruitment and the problems of coping with a workload which is
too great for the number of staff available?

Again, can the Commission say how and on what basis it saw its way to
accepting a condition which, de facto, creates discrimination between, if my
information is correct, the 300 Slovene candidates and the circa 2000 Polish
candidates.
Incidentally, EPSO’s recruitment procedures and the passivity of the
institutions are already causing many other problems. For example, the fact
that successful candidates are shared out among the institutions on the basis
of a named quota, depriving the successful candidates of any choice as to the
institution and place they work in, is leading to delays and demotivation,
and could soon be giving rise to requests for mobility.

Does the Commission intend to take rapid steps to guarantee in future more
transparency, fairness and, indeed, efficiency in the area of recruitment
and, in particular, to prevent such discrimination from becoming a permanent
feature?

        przeczytaj sobie uwaznie np. to
...even though the translation service are complaining about both the
slow speed of recruitment and the problems of coping with a workload which is
too great for the number of staff available?....
