Technical Service Engineer/Italian or German Speaker
Location: Katowice, Poland
Ref. no: TSE/88/03/10/03

Responsibilities:

• daily contact with international clients,
• providing technical support to solar system dealers,
• responsible for customer support concerning technical issues,
• support in technical product queries from dealers.

Requirements:

• technical / electrical university education,
• fluency in one of these languages: German or Italian,
• proficient user of English language,
• experience in electronic equipment required,
• preferably experience in customer service,
• proficiency in Microsoft Project, MS Office and AutoCad,
• excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work under pressure.
