Technical Service Engineer / Italian or Dutch Speaker
Location: Katowice, Poland

Responsibilities:
• daily contact with international clients,
• providing technical support to solar system dealers,
• responsible for customer support concerning technical issues,
• support in technical product queries from dealers.
Requirements:
• technical / electrical university education,
• fluency in Italian or Dutch language,
• proficient user of English language,
• experience in electronic equipment required,
• preferably experience in customer service,
• proficiency in MS Office,
• excellent verbal and written communication skills.
