Scolari to invite Ronaldo for friendly against Poland

RIO DE JANEIRO, December 15 (DS) - Brazilian national team head coach Luiz
Felipe Scolari informed Ronaldo that he will be invited for the first friendly
against Poland to be held on 13 February 2002. The player's agent Rodrigo Paiva
has announced it and mentioned that this discusson was held immediately after
the Inter FC v Brescia match, during which Ronaldo scored his first goal after
a two-year drought.
Unofficial sources say that Scolari is also going to invite AS Roma's Aldair,
if the player agrees to return to the national team. However, it is evident
that the Brazilian national team does not intend to invite Aldair's Roma
teammate Lima.
