Czy Bryant może gwałcić?

Usłyszawszy o aferze z Bryantem pomyslałem, że może to taka sama afera jak z
Tysonem.
Ale potem zobaczyłem nieszczere tłumaczenia Bryanta, wiadomosc prokuratora,
że są fizyczne ślady przemocy i zwróciłem uwagę na fakt, że ofiara nie szuka
popularnosci, ale wręcz przeciwnie - ukrywa swoją tożsamość...
Wydaje sie, że jednak Bryant nie jest fałszywie oskarżany.
Ale ciekawa jest różnica, jak reagują ludzie na przypadki oskarżenia o gwałt
Bryanta i Tysona.
Tyson stał sie ofiarą panienki, która specjalizowała sie w oskarżaniu o
gwałt, sędziego, który nie dopuscił swiadków obrony i amerykanskiej opinii
publicznej, która uważa za normalne, że Tyson gwałci.
Tyson został skazany przez opinie publiczną już przed rozprawą.
W przypadku Bryanta jest odrotnie. Bryant jest uniewinniany przed procesem.
I zaczyna mnie to denerwować.
Wyborcza nawet pisze: "Czy Bryant może przegrać proces o gwałt"!!! Tak jakby
to Bryant kogos oskarżał o gwałt na nim.
Bryant może być tylko skazany w procesie o gwałt, lub uniewinniony.

EAGLE - The alleged victim in the Kobe Bryant sexual- assault case suffered
obvious physical injuries that are still apparent three weeks after the
incident, a friend told The Denver Post on Monday.

"She had been hurt, there's no question about it," said Luke Bray, a high
school friend who said he has helped take care of the woman since the June 30
incident.

Bray's remarks are the first confirmation of the physical evidence that Eagle
County District Attorney Mark Hurlbert alluded to when he charged Bryant with
one count of felony sexual assault Friday.

The teenager who says she was raped by Kobe Bryant has "shocking" and still
visible injuries from the alleged attack, a friend said yesterday.
"She covers them up with makeup - mostly, I think, to hide them from herself so
she is not reminded" of the attack, said Starlene Bray, who has known the teen
since grade school.
Three weeks after the 19-year-old woman emerged from the L.A. Lakers star's
Colorado hotel room, the injuries are still "very visible," Bray said.

The woman, a student at the University of Northern Colorado, charges that
Bryant raped her June 30 at the Lodge & Spa at Cordillera, near Vail, where she
was working for the summer.

Bray said her friend told her the confrontation with Bryant was loud enough to
have been heard by other guests on the same floor of the hotel. There have been
published reports, unconfirmed by authorities, that guests complained about
noise coming from Bryant's room.

The Daily News has learned that Bryant's bodyguards - who accompanied him to
Vail for his knee surgery - did not stay on the same floor as the NBA star,
which would be a typical security procedure.
