I currently have available vacancies for Human Factors Engineers to join a
leading international organisation. These are permanent roles based in either
Lancashire or East Yorkshire and are paying between Ł25-41K dependent on

A leading international organisation are looking for a number of Human Factors
Engineers to provide Human Factors consultancy onto specific aerospace
projects. One role has particular emphasis on through life capability and the
other role on displays and controls design. The work covers a diverse range of
HF issues applicable to aircraft design and aircraft support.

Key Responsibility Areas

ˇ To work across projects and different areas of HF
ˇ To lead an effort on ensuring HF integration within through life
capability (first role)
ˇ To provide a human engineering focus on User interface design for
system upgrades, HF assessments and qualification (second role)
ˇ Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and
performance skills
ˇ Work independently within projects and be accountable for HF
delivery to cost, schedule and engineering requirement, dealing with both
internal and external customers
ˇ Potential role as a group leader, therefore included within
responsibilities would be to perform regular performance reviews and to
recruit and develop staff

The successful applicants will have a first or second degree related to Human
Factors or an aeronautical / systems engineering degree with practical
experience in implementing Human Factors. Candidates are sought at varying
levels from experience from 12 months in industry to 10 years+.
