Holidays to learn more Polish

We would like go to Poland next summer. We have two children, our eldest
child knows a little Polish (and also we). We are looking for a place to live
for around one week where the children (10 and 4) can meet Polish children
and play with them and learn Polish from them. Maybe on some kind of family
camp? Or on the countryside where they also have animals (at a farmer)?
Have you any suggestions? Or near the sea in the north or anywhere else....

We have been there twice and it was excellent there.

Thanks for the tip! We would like to join you, but *think* we must travel in
July, I don't know yet. Is that place good for children? Is it a farm with
animals? Which animals? What can the children do? How many people/tourists are
there? Where in Poland is it? If you have time to answer, answer here or
