Celtic legend Henrik Larsson gave his former club one final gift by ensuring
the Scottish side are in next season's UEFA Champions League.
The Swede came off the bench to create both of Barcelona's goals in their 2-1
win over Arsenal in the Champions League final in Paris on Wednesday.
Larsson set-up Samuel Eto'o to score the equaliser before playing in Juliano
Belletti to smash home the winner with 10 minutes remaining.
The result means Celtic go straight into the first round of next season's
Champions League, instead of having to qualify, which would have been the case
had Arsenal been victorious.
The Hoops are now guaranteed around £10 million from the group stage of next
year's competition, meaning manager Gordon Strachan is set to receive a
healthy transfer budget in the summer.
The SPL side are expected to be in Pot 2 for next season's draw, which will
take place at Uefa's headquarters in Nyon later this year.
